Winter is definitely on it’s way. The weather has been getting colder, the nights are longer, and the motivation to go to the gym has been dwindling. Last year I started to do mini-workouts in my dorm on days when I wanted to burn off some energy but didn’t have enough time to go to the gym. Check out the workout below (it can be done in only 10 minutes!)
This workout is great because it doesn’t need any equipment (except maybe a yoga mat), is super quick, and can work up a sweat! I also like to put on some upbeat songs for an added energy boost (current favourite: I’ll Be Waiting-Walk off the Earth).
